Moving can be stressful, especially when you're moving into a community where you don't know anyone. It takes time to get to know people and grow to trust them. That's where our hero comes in.
Bianca is a caregiver at Azalea Place in Kenosha. When she noticed that a new resident was having a difficult time with another resident, she took the time to sit with them, ask about what was going on, and talk to them about ways to resolve the tension. In doing so, she gained the trust of the new resident and was able to effectively help the situation.
While all of our caregivers are trained in how to handle resident interactions, there is no training that can cover the entire scope of approaches that could possibly come up, because each individual is so unique. Bianca showed special skill in handling the situation she encountered and was able to approach it in a way that built trust.
And "We Build Trust" is our motto.
